We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

We provide domestic shipping at a flat rate of $4.99 and FREE shipping on domestic orders over $75.00. More information on rates outside of the U.S. can be found on our shipping page here.  

All items offered at are made-to-order. When you place your order, we create and print that personalized item(s) just for you, one at a time with the best quality! Production for these custom orders takes between 3-6 business days.

Average shipping time in the U.S. is 3-5 business days. Therefore, you should receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks from the time you placed your order. More information on shipping can be found on our shipping page here

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking number. Please allow a few days from the time you have received your tracking number for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel yet. 

We begin work on each order promptly after they are placed and since it is personalized just for you, we cannot accommodate cancellations. Any small changes may be made at our discretion if it is within a few hours of order placement - email us at to inquire.

Because of the personalized nature of our products we cannot accept returns. However, if your product was damaged in transit or has defects, please send an email to and we will be happy to make it right! Please include photos of the damage in your email so we may help you faster.

If the carrier loses your order and you provided the correct shipping address, we will reprint and send you a replacement at our cost. Please be 100% sure to provide the complete and correct shipping address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order is undelivered because of an incorrect or partial shipping address entered at checkout.

In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews. However, if your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll reach out to you for a new one. We want you to love your personalized pet portrait! Be sure to review our Image Guidelines here: Photo Guide 

1.) Photo is taken in a well lit area without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Front facing and head on with eyes facing camera.

3.) Avoid overhead and/or blurry photos.
